A few weeks before your move-in, a member of our Customer Care team will reach out to you to introduce you to your new home. During this personal orientation, you will have a chance to get to know your place, get details on the appliances and safety details plus any other information that you may need. It's also a great time to take measurements, ask questions and start your interior design planning.
Congratulations. Your new home is ready. one of our Customer Care team members will arrange to meet with you to give you your new set of keys. Typically, this is called a "key pickup." You are now set to move in to your new home.
